Blog War Vellum Day 2

OK, I am in early with this one as I made it last night! This single 12x12 page was based on a sketch I found at http://www.rakscraps.com/. Where is the vellum, you may ask??? For the journalling of this page I have printed my journalling and title onto a piece of vellum...this way it still gives you a glimpse of the paper beneath. The flower has been distressed with the walnut stin ink so that it was not quite as bright as normal and blended better with the papers used.
The following products were used:
  • 4751 - Flourish Espresso/Dots 12x12 Paper
  • 4220 - Juneberry 12x12 Bazzill Basics
  • 1913 - A4 Vellum
  • 4696 - Daisies (one blue one)
  • PSP03C - Small Daisy Punch
  • 4737 - Embellishment Kit Aged Copper (mini round fastener)
  • TIM19534 - Walnut Stain Distress Ink

This was a really quick an easy page to make and was made in less than 15mins!

  2. I really love this layout - the colours are spot on. The Juneberry perfectly matches your daughters top and the blues match the denim and cap. You've done an excellent job, I can't stop going back to look at it.
Hope to meet you at conference!
